Krazy Kraut’s mission is to produce fermented foods that are good for you and good for the people who produce them. We hope to inspire you to expect more from your food! We use the ancient art of brine lacto-fermentation to naturally preserve our vegetables and create fermented foods that are rich in probiotics — healthy microbes — which have been shown to help slow or reverse some diseases, improve bowel health, aid digestion, and improve immunity. A pint of mature, unpasteurized kraut has been shown to contain over a trillion microbes, so when you do the math, just an ounce or two of Krazy Kraut per day gives you a significant amount of probiotics.
